Recommend this to Apple:

Do your Part: Being of no option, let apple know what feature(s) you want to see added. Apple wont get back to you directly, but the more they hear of this, the more they will know what their customers prefer and what features need to be added in versions to come.

Go here: Feedback - Apple Pay - Apple
Select: "Feature Request" for the "Feedback Type"
Type: "Passport" in "If other, please specify"
Comment: That you want this to be an option and why.
Proceed from there as necessary
