Can't download the Monterey installer because I'm not the owner
What does this mean?
I'm booted into Monterey on an external drive and want to download the Monterey installer from the App Store. I get the message above. Really not helpful.

Volume ownership is something new, on Apple Silicon. The following articles may be of some help:

I'm not using any Apple Silicon yet. This is the kind of stuff that puts me off moving to it.
