Did you ordered directly from Apple or through reseller? Either check tracking details, if not then you gotta reach out contact them. By any chance you took protect+ along with it which will safe guard your iPhone at the time of mishaps.
It looks like the moderators deleted his response to you as well as my response back.
Protect Plus is some company out of Mumbai India and doesn't look like it's affiliated with Apple.
IMvikaswagh thought they were the same thing, they are not.

Here's a link to the site he mentioned, they even have icons that look like Apple's and mention AppleCare services But I'm not sure it's legit.
Just thought of jumping in and clearing the air here. I availed Protect+ with AppleCare Services for both my iPhone 13 pro max and iPad. This is an Apple authorised protection product available in India and under the aegis of Apple only. So 100% genuine. You can close your eyes and go for it. AppleCare+ which is another protection product is of 2 years while Protect+ is for 1 year.
