i have an iPhone XS and it will not allow me to completely delete and app from the phone so that i can reinstall it. does anyone have any advice?
Every time i try to delete an app it stays in the App Library and i'd rather remove it completely

Please check: Settings - Screen Time - Content & Privacy Restrictions - iTunes & App Store Purchases - Deleting Apps = Allow.
