I got a new 2022 M2 MacBook Pro, I’ve tried to charge it for over a hour but it doesn’t seem to turn on. The screen comes on with the apple sign momentarily (2 seconds) and goes back off. There is no indicator light to show it’s charging. What do I do?

Did you buy directly from Apple of from a reseller? If from Apple, you have a 14-day window for a no-questions-asked return for refund or exchange. I recommend that if you bought from Apple.

Try and use a different power outlet to see if the charging problem is because of that
Try and charge it for a longer period of time to see if the issues persist
