Unable to scroll to green, red, or yellow buttons. Cursor is stuck inside of one tab

Hi, when I open up one tab to play a game, I used to be able to tab out of it, minimize it, or go full screen. Now, my cursor is stuck inside of the tab, unable to select the green, red, or yellow buttons. Cursor will also not scroll anywhere off of the opened tab. I have to quit the game completely to access anything else on Mac and when I am playing the game, I’m unable to zoom in full screen with the green button.
