the recording of the file disappear when trying to save it ,I recently upgraded to Sonoma it used to work before

Disappear how? Does the audio clip of the voiceover just vanish from the timeline?
Or is it there but without audio?
Try deleting preferences - always worth a try when something is not working correctly.
To delete preferences, hold down command and option while starting FCP X and click Delete Preferences. The application will start in a default state, and open an "Untitled" library. Reopen the library you were working on, set the preferences the way you like them, and try again.

just file disappear without leaving any trace I did that over 20 times , no result will try what you proposed \
the record voice over does not work with Sonoma operating system , the recording disappear when trying to save it
