I have a white oval on my main screen which I don’t know how to turn off. If I move through screens it stays there and enlarge what goes under it. I’ve attached a pic. How do I make it disappear?

You have enabled the iPadOS Window Zoom function.

You can control the many Zoom features from iPad settings. To disable all Zoom functions:
Settings > Accessibility > Zoom > Zoom - set to OFF
