Good morning i cant able to Add payment on my Apple Account it said my account is disable.

Good morning i can't able to Add payment on my Apple Account it said my account is disable. it has been 2 weeks i can't able to listen to music on my iPhone or subscribe and i have no pending payment on my account so i decided to change my payment method, unfortunately i was denied and i was notify that my account is disable i should contact Apple Support.
