iPad screen signal receiver for HDMI beamer

Hi everyone,

I work as a teacher in literature and linguistics, and I like to walk around in the classroom while we work on group projects and joint analyses.

Before investing in an iPad Air, I’d like to know whether there exists anything such as a receiver with HDMI output (to be used with a beamer/projector) that could connect in some way to an iPad to have my screen and whatever I write on simultaneous display for the class (or at least that refreshes automatically once I’m done writing). Any idea?

Phrased more briefly: I’m roaming the classroom, adding to an existing note on the iPad, and I’d like this note to be projected for the students, either via a receiver with HDMI connectivity, or (but I’d like to avoid that, mainly for battery reasons) my iPhone 13.

Many many thanks for the input!
