sms service both ways not working. i am using eSIM.
15 Promax today only activated with eSIM. but the SMS service is not working. I used all available options. please help.

If you have recently activated SIM, Or switched to eSim, The SMS service is disabled for 24 hours.
This makes sense as most secured transactions require OTP received on SMS. Forcing this 24 hours window ensures that fraudster cannot quickly get a duplicate SIM and initiate bank operation.
So just wait for 24 hours, it may take a little longer before reaching out your service provider.
