I don’t remember what my Apple ID password is and I don’t know how to reset it without having to do a recovery reset and I don’t want to do that because it’s not gonna let me login and it says it takes a while so please help me out

You can’t merge multiple Apple ID accounts.

I’m not signed out of my Apple account yet so I’m able to use it and I only need to use my phone passcode for my account and I don’t know how to change my password cause I have to use my Apple password and I don’t remember what it is so I’m limited on my phone and I can’t sign into certain accounts that require me to login using my Apple password so I’m trying to figure out how to reset it and it says I have to put in my current password before I can reset it but I don’t know what it is so I don’t know if I should do a recovery reset or not so is there anyway around that?
