Yea you get a new phone, you have an outdated phone that can't get that version of the ios.

Log on your IG on a computer. Your life doesn't depend badly on a social media app.

Your tag say iphone 6, if so the you'll need to upgrade to a newer phone to get the latest ios to use said apps.
