Beats fit, pro, losing charge in less than one hour.

fully charged air buds, remove from case for use, function for one hour or less

New Beats Fit Pro not charging to 100%. The ear buds have been in the case for 10 plus hours and charged only to 93% the case has more than enough charge (37%). Why aren't the earbuds charging to 100%?

Beats Fit Pro (Black)-- Charging Case Not Holding Charge I recently purchased the new Beats Fit Pro Wireless Earbuds in 2023 for my workouts. The 1st 6 Months everything was okay, but recently what has been happening is the following: My Beats Fit Pro no longer triggers an automatic connection when taken on the case to be used as earbuds. My Beats Fit Pro will only work and then connect to my phone when connected to a (Type-C) Charger. My Beats Fit Pro will charge the Earbuds only, and the Charging case will do the same as well. BUT then the Case will go from XX% Charged to 0%. I'vetried re-setting my devices and took it to Apple Care once already. Will do the same but wanted to share this with the community to let people know their not crazy.

Beats fit case draining When I fully charge my Beats Fit Pro earbuds and the case, then let them sit in the case while closed, the battery is draining. Is this a unit defect or bad design?

Are these Beats Fit Pro brand new, purchased directly from Apple or an Apple Authorized Reseller? How long have you had them?
