How exactly are you sending these?: eMail? Cellular? AirDrop? OR Other?

Start with a Restart:

Having just installed the update, restart your iPhone, and see if it then is fixed.

Restarting your Mac is recommended after an update install, so that things are configured to how they should be.

What iPhone version? What iOS version? What exactly is occuring when you try to send a screenshot? I just tested it on iOS 17.1.2 and it continues to work for me.
