I have been getting tormented with this person toying with me on every task I set out to do controlling my phone internet my modem is even got software on it broke my lab top n I just need it to stop
Family Sharing doesn't allow anyone to control your phone.
Based on the limited information you've provided, it sounds as if the touch screen on your phone may be going bad. Contact Apple and have them run diagnostics:
