my contact ohoto and poster card isnt showing at all in mybohine or messages app although its turned on in settings. what do i do

i got a new phone and decided to set up the contact photo and poster card. It was working at first but I don’t know what happened that it went off. It’s not showing at all in either the phone or message app although it’s turned on in settings.
