“AssistiveRecordfld” pop-up

My Macbook has been experiencing this one pop-up over and over again. The pop-up is as follows: “AssistiveRecordfld” will damage your computer. I keep pressing “OK” and it won’t go away, and clicking “Show in Finder” does nothing as well. After a few seconds, it just keeps popping up and I have no clue how to make it go away.
