Logitech Circle View Doorbell Wifi change

I upgraded my home wifi to a newer Verizon FIOS system. Now the Apple Home kit will not all me to add the doorbell camera to my Home Kit. It did connect to a second home I created but no matter what I do I can't get it in my current Home that has all my other devices. Yes I have reported my router and reset the doorbell but no luck. There seems to be no way to move a device from one home to another even when on the same wifi network. Home Kit is very clunky software.

I've had this issue before, but what it ended up being is that I removed the device from the view, but didn't remove it from the home. At that point, I had to find the device (it was offline, so I could see it in the offline menu) and then remove it. Re-adding was then easy.
