App not found on Apple Business Manager

Hello all, I found a similar question here and tried the suggestions, but no luck. I'm looking to download the app Freeform by apple through apple business manager, but I can't seem to find it.

As previously suggested, I adjusted the filter settings to make sure I was filtering for ipad apps and got many results, none of which were the app I was looking for.

I also tried to search for the app ID = 6443742539 which also turned up 0 results.

Is there an update I might be missing? Unsure how to proceed. Any advice would be very helpful!
