Familiar faces appearing as small thumbnails in Photos on iPhone

I was looking at a picture on my phone that I had taken of a flyer and I seen a small thumbnail photo of someone else I knew. Can anyone tell me why this happen

Photos is dropping people names and saying "unknown" I have about 225 people in photos. One of those people is named Simon. There are about 200 photos of Simon. However, some of the photos of Simon show up later as "unknown." I will rename them Simon, but a couple days later, the photo says "unknown" again. This only happens with this one person (named Simon). Photos does not drop the name of any other person, only Simon.

Ghost Screenshots While Using Apps and Internet Browsers Macbook Pro Ventura 13.3.1 While browsing the internet and using apps, the screenshot mechanics occur without any input. The screen flashes, a white border around the screen occurs. My screen flashes. The events are identical as if I were to initiate a screenshot myself. This happens when I am casually browsing the internet or using apps. There is no notification that a screenshot occurs and no screenshot is available in Finder to view in Preview. A similar thing occurs while using my iPhone iPhone 11 Pro iOS 16.1.1 While using apps on my iPhone, my screen flashes as if a screenshot were occurring. No screenshot is added to my photo library. This happens when I search using Safari. There is a problem with ghost screenshots and screen monitoring on my Macbook Pro and iPhone. I am concerned these are illegal activities from hackers/parties operating illegally OR an illegal Artificial Intelligence program. These problems are 1) a potential invasion of privacy 2) physically and mentally disorienting. Ghost screenshots on web browsers and apps are causing harm to my physical and mental health.

Strange entries in the app privacy report Is it normal that i find photos on my app privacy report without me using photos app?! i can also see mail accessing my contacts without me using the mail app.. i should mention that the app background refresh is off, does this happen with every one or there is something wrong going on?

No , is was one single picture directly on the flyer and at first I thought it was part of the flyer until it disappeared.
