3 iPads each with own individual numbers wishing to have them "linked" so that external numbers (ios and android) can message them that they then would all receive the message as individuals.

What exactly are you trying to accomplish with this? What is your use case?
We have three staff with the same role that will be a alert method so that whichever of them is closest or available can respond to the situation but allows all to be notified.
I want to setup 3 iPads that each have separate numbers to be able to also receive messages from external numbers that they all receive. Is this possible? If so how?
