Reduced Security option in Security Utility

Hi everyone, the installation of some extensions such as Tuxera, macFUSE and more (however I'm talking about secure software) requires the activation of the "Reduced Security in Security Utility" option. How dangerous could it be for security aspects to enable the aforementioned option? Why do I have to reduce the security of the device to be able to use well-known and safe applications? Couldn't Apple make certain known applications not need multiple permissions before installation?
