Can you use the drummer samples on garageband and use them to make a song and now monetize the song? Without apple getting you in trouble?

If the samples are on repeat & adding other instruments with it?

Yes you can:

This doesn't prevent others from giving you a false copyright violation notice when *they* use such a sample in there song.

You only run into trouble with Apple if you sell the samples/loops as samples.
