ipad 11" 3rd gen saving handwriting to pdf

Hi, I have a specific need and would like to know if it is possible.

Will be using a ipad 11" 3rd gen running iOS 17.

I have been writing notes the old fashioned way, in notebooks.

I plan to scan them to pdf's.

From time to time, I wish to add to those individual pdf's, using the ipad 11" 3rd gen by handwriting on the ipad, having it convert to to text, then save in a specific pdf.

Is this possible?
