Yep, that is SnapChat that decides if they want to let you use their service or not. Apple has no control over your SnapChat account, so they will not be able to help you. What did SnapChat say when you asked them?

Whatever Snapchat banned you for – right or wrong – neither we, nor Apple, can do anything about it. What part of that was not clear from all of the answers previously supplied in this now 13-page thread?

And if after contacting Snapchat and they won't restore your account, which is often the case, you'll have to find a new way to contact your friends. Apple has nothing to do with this as Mac Jim ID suggests.

The answer available to you on these 15 pages of the exact same question applies to you too. That is not an Apple issue and there is nothing they can do. The problem you have is with SnapChat and it will only be up to them if they want to let you use their service. You will always learn more by reading than you will by posting.

I just got my phone and I realized Snapchat has been banned on my device,of which am not the one using it before.

If this is a used phone – and there was already a Snapchat device ban on it when you bought it – this may be WHY the previous owner wanted to get rid of the phone.

Of course, if Snapchat sees such a person attempting to evade their device ban, Snapchat may very well ban that person's next phone, and the next phone, and the next … while maintaining the ban on the phone that person sold to you.
