I just signed up for Hulu on my Apple IPad. Using a debit card not Apple Pay. When I go on my TV under the app, it’s not allowing me to log in. Same email address and correct password. Any suggestions. Thank you. I am new to this Community site.

I am also having this issue. Has there been any resolution to this yet? Have we heard back from Apple Support? This is extremely frustrating. I've reset the Apple TV, I've deleted and reinstalled the Hulu app, I've shut down and brought the TV back up, nothing is helping. Everything is up to date, no updates pending.

It just keeps saying user name and pssw are incorrect, I go on my pc and was able to log in no issues, logged in and out on my iPhone no issues did the same on my google devices no issues I was able to log in to Disney plus no issues
I called Apple Support and they told me I had to speak to Hulu. I don’t know how Hulu will fix the issue since I can login in on my MacBook, iPhone, fire stick, and smart TVs. The only place I can’t log in to Hulu is on my Apple TV device, which is connected to non-smart TV. It keeps saying it’s the incorrect log in when I know both the email and password are correct.
I guess I will have to return to using the Hulu app on my iPhone and then casting it onto my tv through Apple TV.
Mine didn't work as well and I couldn't figure it out for a week. I think when they bundled with Max and Disney, they sync all the accounts over all 3 services. I changed my password and it works now. When I changed my password it said it changed for all 3 services. Hope this helps.

Which is the solution? Can you reply to the solution? Apple puts the comments in random order so it’s hard to tell which you are referring to
