Невозможно удалить контакт для востановления доступа

После последнего обновления до версии 14.5 Sonoma постоянно выдает сообщение "проверка контакта для восстановления доступа". Контакт для восстановления доступа находится в режиме "Сообщение отправлено", однако у самого контакта таке сообщение приходит с пометкой как просроченное. При попытке удалить контакт для восстановления доступа, удаление не возможно. Сообщение никак не убирается что создает большие неудобства. Как убрать

К сожалению поддержка ничем не помогла. Мне пришлось переустановить операционную систему лишь тогда сообщение перестало появляться. При это у моей супруги на макбуке с более поздней версией операционной системы (кажется Монтеррей) постоянно пишет сообщение о том что я хочу сделать ее контактом для восстановления, и оно также не удаляется.
