iPad put into Kiosk mode unable to restart

I have enrolled an iPad on Intune and put it into Kiosk mode, but with the current profile which worked for others, is causing issue on this particular iPad, when it is Kiosk mode, I am unable to press on the power button + volume up/down to restart the iPad, but when I remove it from Kiosk mode, it allows it. This profile has worked for others but this unit cannot restart when it enrolled in this profile.
