I am trying to create items for a teacher share website. I want purchasers to be able to edit text, but NOT be able to change my graphics. I am using an iPad Pro. I currently use Excel as a paste-up board, then convert my files to pdf before uploading, but this will not allow text box editing.
Suggestions?

You need a professional software to make the PDF and editable PDF. Acrobat Pro (not Reader) is a popular option, but is fairly expensive.
