How to sync photos / album to iphone? Old school?

What happened to the option to sync an album from my mac to iPhone in iTunes?

I dont want to use use iCloud, or airdrop... I would like to simply add another album to my photos NOT the File folder.

I remeber you could open iTunes-> iPohne-> check he box add photos-> sync. The warning would come up that I would loss all photos "do you want to replace"? There no longer an option to sync for files?

Using PHOTO 4.0

iMac 27″, macOS 10.14
