Change Home ownership
Is there a simple way to change the owner of a Home with all the devices associated with it?
We are selling our home and the new buyers wants to keep all the automation we already have.

No. It’s signed in with your Apple ID and they need to set up HomeKit on their own device with their Apple ID. See Reset Home here: Securely control your Home accessories - You need to delete this home from the Home App on your device. Besides all that they won’t be keeping your wifi and have to sign in with their own wifi and have an Apple Hub that’s also signed into their own Apple ID to be able to control it.
