Why is my Facetime on my phone unusable since 'updating' my iPhone as requested by APPLE?
After much prodding, I reluctantly accepted the 'Update' from Apple and promptly got new screens, new 'options' (none of which made a great deal of sense, frankly) and though I was travelling and eager to share sights with family at home, was unable to 'do' Face Time at all. Likewise, my daughter, was also trying to reach me via Face Time and was unable to do so. What could be the problem?
Again, what could be the problem? By the way, my iPhone now says I am locked out of ALL my devices.
