Email: ‘Block Sender’ doesn’t Work (??)

I have been relatively happy with the task of Blocking spam in my Junk Folder; HOWEVER, on (too many) occasions the ‘Block’ action doesn’t ‘stick’


i.e. I get no red icon, and when I scroll to Actions for that email, it Still says “Block Sender”. Multiple repetitions, Same result.


WHY ??
