Fast switch between gray scale on macOS?

Hello, I'm looking for a fast one-button toggle to enable/disable gray scale on macOS. This is very easy to do on iPhone with the Accessibility Shortcut option, but so far I have not seen anything comparable for desktop. There are some older guides (e.g., from this forum and on stackexchange) but they seem to have been broken by time/changes to macOS.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
