How should I arrange my book with the MP3's? Put it inside the book or share link and do it seperatly?

I have a music guidebook for bass guitar. I saw the policy and can't use the same MP3s more than one time.

But sometimes the same MP3 supports more than 8 examples. (As I understood I can't use the same file)

So how is it more convenient to do that? My meaning is for the student and from the pro perspective.
