Mac mail does not work 2024/06

Mac mail does not work.


Blocked 1.

Nothing relevant on Mac communities.

Blocked 2.

Asked Apple support to call me.

Blocked 3.

Focus: Blocks all calls except emergency calls. No phone number for Apple so not added to my list.

Blocked 4.

Unable to turn off Focus for the call to come through as there's no bypass switch.

Blocked 5.

Added Apple number to list of emergency contacts to gain access to the call coming in.

Blocked 6.

Call comes in from Apple but, whilst in call the system asks me to press 1 to speak to an advisor. I press it so many times. Does not work.

Apple services ask for me to call back again.

Too late I have to go about my business.


Still no Mac mail service for over a month!

Pfft!

Apple I know you don't want or allow criticism.

But, don't make life so hard for your fellow human beings to get simple support.

Your just making things worse for yourself and you just can't see the issues because you don't listen.

Feedback?

Why use feedback. It simply doesn't work.

It's no good listening to the most complained about issue.

The fundamentals like mine above will never will never hit being a primary until 2080-2100, As the primary issues get dealt with first. My complaint is a fundamental issue.

Either it gets fixed quick or like in my case I become more and more anti technology!

And, so will you over the years.

Or the Luddites will be back in force!

Feedback has been instrumental in a number of changes recently. It certainly does more good than complaining to your fellow users. Unless, of course, catharsis is your only goal.


Your expectation that problems you consider "fundamental" shouldn't happen but, if they do, should get immediate attention is one that is never going to be met.


You could always try to write a post that enables other users to help you with whatever these problems are:
