Books I uploaded on Apple Books have been removed, not sure why?

I had earlier uploaded a few books on apple books and they were reviewed and gone live, already available on the 51 stores. But after a few days I came back to check only to see that my books have been removed from all stores and they are waiting to be reviewed. And I have no tickets. Do you have any idea what the problem is?. The first time it took roughly a few minutes to be approved.
