3 separate iphones accounts but can only use one bluetooth

We have 3 separate iPhones in the house each with our own Apple ID’s however anytime one of us want to use Bluetooth only one of us can! I don’t understand why we each cannot use our own Bluetooth? We have our own Apple ID’s as mentioned. We are each trying to use different items not the same one so I’m frustrated that we cannot use Bluetooth. Driving me crazy! Can anyone please help🙏🙏🙏
