Edit PDFs with Books

Hi,

If I have PDFs in iCloud and edit them with books. Is it possible to see these edits as annotations or highlights in another application by just opening the PDF from iCloud? Because now if I highlight something I can only see it on books app, and the idea is to use books to highlight or annotated and open it with preview on mac and see the annotations for example.
