All Word / Excel documents vanished
Today (23/06/2024) I tried to open a recent Word document on my Apple PC using the App but found this “… had either been deleted or could not be accessed.” Likewise all other recents. Eventually found out all Word and Excel files had vanished from folders although pdf’s still there.
Files also disappeared from linked iPad and iPhone devices.
Both Apps showing and new documents can be created and saved. Nothing in Trash.
Any ideas as to cause and if and how lost documents can be recovered.
