my parents recently bought iPhone 14s and my iPhone 14 doesn’t have an option for Face ID or password change, my mom does have parental controls on my phone but we don’t know how to change the setting to where I can do Face ID and password change

Go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Passcode Changes, and make sure it is set to Allow.
