I want to save photos just on an it’s own album not library and it can still be sent to iPad
I want to save photos on an album and not stay on library and this subject is for my iPhone 15 and iPad Air 5

Sorry – that's not the way that the Photos app works. You can add photos to albums in addition to having them in the library. You cannot place photos into albums instead of having them in the library.
