Bootcamp Bluetooth mysteriously disappeared

My Windows 10 Bootcamp partition has stopped having Bluetooth functionality. There's no toggle when I go to Bluetooth settings.

Things I tried:

Updating Windows Bluetooth drivers

Running Bootcamp repair application from a USB drive

Repairing/Uninstalling BT drivers in Device Manager

SMC/NVRAM reset

Apple Software Update

Im fresh out of ideas. Normally I don't mess around in Windows too much, but I need to for the moment and not being able to use my BT for anything is really cramping my style.
