Why is iTunes 12.9 only exporting 1:58 seconds of Songs?

Itunes has recently stopped letting me put entire songs on my ipod, it only will export 1:58 seconds of each track. Then yesterday when I burned a CD it would only burn 1:58 of each song onto the CD, it completes burning the CD too. Its extremely frustrating.
