If I delete songs on my Mac will they be deleted on my other devices too?
If I delete songs on one computer will they be deleted on my other computer and devices?

If they are songs you got using an Apple Music subscription or are using iTunes Match, then yes. If they are songs you purchased from the iTunes Store or imported from a CD (for example), then they won't be deleted on your other devices unless you sync them.
