iCloud not syncing
We are getting a notification that says "This device isn't syncing your end-to-end encrypted data across all your devices. It includes saved passwords and data from Health and Maps. Verify your account information to resume syncing." We are presented with a resume button. When we push that button we are asked for our Apple ID password. But when we enter the password, the MacBook Air does not accept what we think is the password.
