I was not able to post this answer to another users question so I created my own question to post this regarding Beats Studio Pro Headphones - I spent over an hour yesterday with Apple senior advisor she tells me that my new Beats Studio Pro Headphones does not support custom audio set up for hearing loss, Snr Advisors only suggestion was “ good news is you have 15 days to get a full refund from Apple ?“ Apple senior advisor also says there is no simple way of switching between devices like iPhone, iPad or other paired devices you have to disconnect from one device then connect to another. My old Bose Q45 has a small application on my iPhone, where I can simply select up to two audio devices to connect to, audio will switch between most of time automatically, and if not on the Bose app, you can simply by select the source. I was certain that there would be a similar app for the beats studio pro but according to the senior advisor, there is not any application or way to simply switch sources for the beats studio pro. Initial Out of the Box, Support from the start, is unnecessarily confusing, the initial drawing shows what is supposed to be the left earpiece, but drawing also has the right earpiece superimposed on it, the left does not have the Power or USB-C on the Left earpiece they are on the right. The Apple support pages add to left and right but giving conflicting information as to which is left and right. Admittedly, it took me a while to notice that on the inside of the headband over the left earpiece Left is marked on inside. Spatial audio set up support on one of the Apple support. Pages says that the spatial audio follows the movement of your iPhone? When I raise this issue with the senior advisor, she did not disagree, with the Apple support page? I had to explain that this is not true nor does it match with the advertising for the product or make any sense whatsoever spatial audio tracking is done by Movement of the headphones as advertised! The Beats website support sends you back to Apple support. My Post was initially to answer, the question, Should I return the Bose studio pro headphones? As an engineer with 48 years experience, it is my personal opinion, at this price point, the lack of support, and the disappointing, fact that, you cannot adjust the beats studio pro for your hearing loss, added to the awkward Way of switching between between devices, having to disconnect from one Apple device and then reconnect it to your other Apple device. I would suggest that you return it, as sadly, (after spending considerable time researching I wish I would’ve known he said phones are not adjustable to hearing loss Which I find really disappointing, given the ADA) I will be returning mine!

Hi

Apple ID problems are complex and you need to contact Apple support for the country that you’re located in. Since your Apple ID is registered in Apple‘s system/computer network it will require their assistance to resolve your issue. Please do not send your Apple ID to anyone only give it to Apple technical Support? I hope this helps you!
