Ipod Mini 2nd Gen not booting and showing apple support image

After buying a second hand ipod Mini from a reliable source and using it

for months, it somehow started bootlooping and just showing apple

support image. I think its a problem with the disk/memory card and I

will change it. Nevertheless i would like to ensure that is the problem

or get to know if its a different problem.
