How do I know, just by code - not by looking at Finder, if a file on icloud drive is local or in the process of being downloaded?

Hello

I need to find a secure way to identify whether an iCloud drive file is available on local disk or it is only in iCloud.

How do I know using a code, any language, what is the file status: local - fully downloaded, on iCloud ou in download process?

I imagine there must be some kind of property that can be accessed programmatically and inform the status, whether local, in the cloud or in the download process, just as it is available in the finder through icons.

(However, I need to do this by code, perhaps by reading file properties.)
